Latitudes Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. If our staff is at a sales event or work training event, some shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we will notify you with a new shipping date. Orders are not shipped on weekends or during any scheduled holiday closures.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during holidays or in areas with severe weather. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Our web store is designed to automatically send you updates if the carrier posts any delays or issues with delivery for your tracking number.
